The Preparation for Practice 3 module prepares students for their probationary work experience period. It develops the learners understanding of construction legislation and develops the learners understanding of: the law as it relates to architectural practice and its application in the built environment. It also develops concepts of management theory and practice, in the context of building design and construction processes as well as those specific to the successful running of an architectural practice. . It comprises two components 1) Professional Practice, and 2) Law and Contract.
