Objectives
This course covers the management of Information Systems according to the global approach of Enterprise Architecture (EA), which covers the urbanisation of the Information System, the management of repositories, the management of the project portfolio, and the transformation methodologies to bring a competitive advantage to the Enterprise.
Programme
-describe, analyse and improve the different layers of an Information System (business, functional, application and technical)
-managing an Information System urbanisation project by applying IS governance principles
-apply the main IT Management System standards (CMMI, ITIL, COBIT, ISO)
