| COLIVING-COHOUSING-COWORKING: NEW WAYS OF LIVING AND INHABITING IN COMMUNITY. It is proposed to rethink on the new contemporary ways of life, housing and work where common spaces become the main axis of its way of functioning. For the development of these points, it is proposed to do it in a real way. For this, a series of public plots are identified in the municipality of Murcia where work will take place. The first phases of the work consist of the global and detailed characterization and definition of these plots where, from the visit to the place itself, all the technical, urban, social, etc. parameters are analyzed to produce a comparative table with all the related data. The next phase determines the functional program established by the students themselves based on their most direct needs, formulating a real group of them around a cooperative as the real promoter of the project. Thirdly, the elaboration of an architectural project must allow the definition of the program on the plots selected for this purpose, completing the global development of the promotion as a continuous and real process from the identification of a place to the materialization of the contemporary project as the best example of an architectural procedure that brings the student closer to the reality of the project of architecture.
