The Course aims to provide students with knowledge of fundamental institutions and also of technical-operational characteristics of public action in the digital era, in the context of a complex and articulated season of national and European reforms, which are capable of impacting deeply the relevant administrative law. Proper attention will therefore be paid, in the illustration of the new regulatory panorama, to the innovations regarding the digitalisation of the Public Administration in the most important sectors, as well as to the general principles that regulate the administrative structures and its organisation. The discussion of all topics will be enriched by analysis of articles of legal doctrine and recent jurisprudential decisions, deemed of interest for the Course. During the lessons, partecipants will be asked to carry out written exercises on practical cases.
