Course Program
The program consists of three main parts.
The first one is introductory. 
The second part is dedicated to describing the evolution of the economic systems until the second world war. Lastly, the third part focuses on the economic history of the last sixty years.

Part 1

  • Monetary systems 

Part 2
  • The English industrial revolution.
  • National approaches to economic development. 
  • The Italian economy. 

Part 3
  • The Marshall Plan. 
  • Attempts of European economic integration.
  • Birth of The international monetary organization of the EEC.
  • The European Union and the euro.
