1) Civil and Criminal Liability Law - Professors Sara Zaccarino and Claudio Ciotola
The course on civil and criminal liability law, as regards the part relating to civil liability, has as its educational objective the study of the Aquilian liability system, starting from the so-called dd. elements of the illicit act (commission or omission, causal link, culpability and unjust damage), and then continue with the cc.dd responsibilities. special, through a careful approach to case law, in an Italian-European system of sources. Particular attention will also be paid to the prevention of wrongdoing and the repair of damage, with reference to the hypotheses of collective protection, with particular attention to the main doctrinal and jurisprudential guidelines.

2) Commercial Criminal Law - Prof. Andrea De Lia
The Commercial Criminal Law course has as its training objective the analysis and learning of the main institutions in the economic criminal sector. Starting from the study of the main institutes of general criminal law, in order to allow students to acquire the fundamentals of the subject, focuses will be developed in the context of the criminal liability of the legal person, corporate, bankruptcy, environmental and, more generally, on the most important incriminating figures in the criminal discipline of economic activities.
