The course will be of an institutional nature, as made necessary by the placement of legal subjects in general - and labor law in particular - within the framework of the study plan of the economic area. It will therefore cover the entire field of labor law, including trade union law. The goal, therefore, will be to provide learners with a good basic legal preparation on the discipline of the employment relationship and trade union law and to provide the fundamental concepts useful to guide them in the complex subject, in continuous evolution. The teacher also intends to integrate the official course - at an advanced stage - with practical exercises and an additional course on health and safety at work law.
