Description
The main objective of the course is to provide students sufficient knowledge and skills to start a career in the agrifood sector. At the end of the course the student will be able to:
  • Understand and explain main trends in the food system;
  • Understand and explain main principles of value creation in the food system;
  • Understand and explain the role of innovation in the food system;
  • Understand and explain the principles of public intervention in the food system;
  • Apply their knowledge to evaluate business ideas.

Organization of agrifood value chains Technology, organization and social innovation in the agrifood system; 
Public policies.
