Governance of agri-food value chains

Description
By completing the course, students achieve knowledge and understanding of the following topics: 
  • fundamental trends in the agrifood system;
  • key tools for value creation in the agrifood system;
  • main issues in innovation in the agrifood system.
Students will be able to apply this knowledge in order to use value theory while solving key issues in the agrifood system and also to describe and analyze agrifood value chains.
