The objective of the study course is to present briefly each of the above aspects of the finite element analysis and thus to provide a basis for the understanding of the complete solution process.
Tasks of the study course:
1. Development of general understanding and systemic thinking.
2. Raising awareness of the finite element method problem solving process, various aspects of modeling and general possibilities of commercial finite element programs (ANSYS, NASTRAN, LS-DYNA, ABAQUS).
3. Development of finite element design skills.
