Innovation Management and Life-cycle Design

Description
This module introduces the student to the tools available to effectively manage their product’s design to enable the reduction of the time to market and consider various design optimization strategies throughout the life-cycle of the product. The aim of this module is to give the student an overview of the various techniques and life-cycle design strategies at their disposal in order to optimally launch a new product to the market.

IS5 DFX: Life Cycle Design, Design for the environment / Green Design, Design for Disassembly
