The aim of this course is to transfer to the second level student in Information Engineering the advanced knowledge to design integrated systems or complex systems based on integrated circuits. The course is theoretical and it is aimed to the comprehension and to the interpretation of the phenomena, oriented to the design at the state of the art of digital electronic systems. In the 18 hours of laboratory, moreover, the knowledge necessary to the usage of modern CAD software for designing digital integrated circuits will be given.
