Learning objectives:
Students should master different paradigms in the development of Java-based database applications and in particular be able to assess their specific advantages and disadvantages for the respective application scenario
Students should gain practical experience in developing and testing database applications based on Spring Boot and JPA

Introduction to the Java Enterprise Architecture and the associated Java web technologies and frameworks
Teaching best practice in various areas of software development
Consideration of alternative and complementary database concepts
