AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE: To familiarize the students with the main problems and tasks of the manufacturing strategy and the ways for their solution. The course includes the interface relations between the manufacturing strategy and the marketing, R&D, F&A, management, etc. activities. It deals with the practical manufacturing strategy implementation issues, related to the business plan and strategic alternatives development.
