AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE: To provide a knowledge about the role of
human resources as a key factor of company competitiveness, to explain the specificities
justifying the behavior of human capital and to provide rational management solutions for
problems linked to the personnel.
DESCRIPTION OF THE COURSE: The course is about the importance of human
resources as a key factor for competitiveness; about the skills necessary to recruit, train and
manage the human resources. Skills are acquired about planning and organizing the work,
about the employees’ motivation, about the successful process of knowledge creation and
knowledge transfer in the organization, about personnel evaluation and promotion.
