AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE: Effective human resource management is a key factor for the competitiveness of industrial enterprises. The course describes the features that determine the people’s behaviour in the organization and prepares students for their future career, giving them theoretical and practical training with which they are able to make rational management decisions on problems related to the most valuable asset and capital of the industrial enterprise – its people.
DESCRIPTION OF THE COURSE: The subject considers the problems related to the strategic aspects of human resource management; factors determining organizational behavior; approaches to planning and employee resourcing, performance appraisal, training and development, reward management, providing healthy and safety working conditions, establishing and maintaining good employee relations and personnel administration.
