Module OverviewThe module entails the planning, financing, analysis, design and construction of highway networks together with the theoretical principles underlying these procedures. The module is delivered so that the student is introduced to the structure of this process from the inception of a scheme to its commissioning. The application of these theoretical principles to real-life transportation problems is addressed. The students demonstrate competence through exam performance.
