The main objective of this subject is to explain and familiarize the students with the practical methods and techniques for data acquisition, processing, analysis and presentation. It covers topics such as signal characteristics, measuring systems behaviour and data acquisition, processing and presentation. It also includes practical training in acquisition and analysis of signals relevant to mechanical, thermal and fluid engineering systems and preparation of technical reports.
