During the study course, students are acquainted with the essence of the company's management, gaining knowledge about the methods of increasing efficiency, organizations structure and strategy, processes and company management, which makes it possible to make strategic decisions, identify issues and develop solutions for increasing the efficiency of company management.
The study course is divided into three blocks: 1) introduction to the management of the company - aspects and history of management, the efficiency of company management, the framework of competition and strategy, decision making; 2) organizational culture, management of employees and other stakeholders of the company - management of the interests of the parties involved, management of the company with the help of groups and teams, development of the motivation system; 3) planning, organization, control of the company's activities.
