Lecture
Basics: Properties of fluids; Hydrostatics: Pressure build-up in fluids; force effects; Hydrodynamics: velocities and pressures in moving fluids; force effects; Gas dynamics: properties of compressible flows; differences to incompressible media; basics of isentropic flows
Laboratory
Hydrostatics: pressure calculations; force effects; Hydrodynamics: laboratory tests (e.g. in a wind tunnel) and documentation; application of models on the computer; gas dynamics
