Learning objectives:
Students acquire the skills to work on a problem in a sub-area of computer science in a project team. They master a structured approach and can present their results in a suitable form.
They apply the knowledge they have acquired up to this point and expand and deepen
- their technical skills in at least one area of computer science,
- their skills in software engineering and project management,
- key competencies such as cooperation and teamwork skills, presentation and moderation skills,
- strategies for acquiring knowledge
Course content:
In terms of content, the project group works independently on current issues of practical relevance. The subject matter includes the consolidation and application of knowledge in at least one area of computer science as well as the consolidation and application of knowledge in software engineering and project management. At the end of the semester, all projects should be presented in a suitable form, preferably in public at the university.
