Introduction to the definition and manufacturing of a technical object
TN01

Description
During the design phase of a system, 3D models are used and converted into 2D plans for workshop realization. The functionality of this conversion and its effectiveness will depend on the choice of technological solutions that will be considered.

  • Represent a product using technical drawing standards.
  • Analyze and understand a system through its diagrams and assembly drawings.
  • Use a CAD (Creo) code to define a component and a system.
  • Understand the standards for designating materials and mainly metallic alloys.
  • Know the functions and designation of various mechanical components (e.g., screws, nuts, bearings, keys, circlips, gears).
  • Be introduced to manufacturing processes with and without material removal (e.g., turning, milling, molding, stamping).
