OBJECTIVES
- By adopting sociological analysis grids for the way organisations work, this course teaches how to carry out a situational diagnosis in order to identify the obstacles and levers for supporting a situation of change and IS engineering.
PROGRAMME
- Analysing work situations using the main theories of organisational sociology
- Systemically identify the 'business' issues associated with information systems (the question of change, professional identities, project management/project ownership relationships, etc.).
- Aligning information systems and organisation (work, business activities)
- Aligning information systems and the organisation, taking into account the gaps between the prescribed and the actual situation
- Analyse the interplay of players and the drivers of cooperation and commitment in the workplace to identify the conditions for successful transformations
