Objectives:
At the end of this course, the student will be able to implement a software infrastructure and make it evolve to best meet the needs of users.
Programme:

data management and storage, networking platforms, etc.)
-identify the tasks involved in setting up and maintaining an IT infrastructure
-describe the main technical architectures (e.g. transactional, client-server, etc.)
-distinguish between the main techniques for optimising physical infrastructures (e.g. virtualisation, cloud computing, converged infrastructure, etc.)
-identify the components of a database management system (DBMS, Oracle)
-propose and implement a relevant IT infrastructure based on a case study
