Position determination technology (Geolocalization indoor and outdoor)

Description
Objectives 
The objective of the course is to understand the concepts of outdoor geolocation using satellites (GNSS) and indoor geolocation using communication signals.

Syllabus 
-Understand and use the notion of pseudoranges to calculate the position of static or moving objects.
-be familiar with positioning in differential mode and by phase measurement
-be able to calculate in different reference frames and coordinate systems
-be familiar with the concepts of physical geography (geoid, altitude)
-set up and use a satellite geolocation system
-understand the possible applications (agriculture, road traffic, archaeology, etc.)
-understand indoor geolocation
-set up an indoor geolocation system using WiFi
