In this unit a study will be made of the rights and duties of land owners according to the laws and regulations that make up the urban legal system in the Region of Murcia.

2. REGIONAL, LAND AND URBAN PLANNING INSTRUMENTS.
In this unit the content and determinations of the regional, land and urban planning instruments in the Región de Murcia will be studied.
T5- Regional planning.in the Region of Murcia (coast and industrial lands).
T6- Land planning. Planes Generales Municipales de Ordenación.
T7- Urban planning. Planes Parciales, Planes Especiales and Estudios de Detalle.
T8- Use of land and urban planning I. Plots divisions.
T9- Use of land and urban planning II. Existing buildings in disagreement with urban planning, conservation duty and ruin declaration.
T10- Sectoral legislation and urban planning.
3. URBAN PLANNING MANAGEMENT.
In this unit the technical-legal practices in which the determinations of the urban plans will have to be executed will be studied.
T11- Urban planning management I. General principles, areas for management and management systems.
T12- Urban planning management II. Action plan, reparcelization project and urbanization project.
4. URBAN PLANNING DISCIPLINE AND PENALTIES SYSTEM.
In this unit a study of the administrative activity of urban discipline will be carried out: preventive intervention, building and land uses control and infractions and their sanctions.
T13- Administrative intervention for protection of legality.
T14- Building Ordination Law. Civil Code. Criminal Code.
5. PROPERTY AND LAND VALUATION IN THE URBAN PLANNING CONTEXT.
In this unit the valuation methods defined in urban planning legislation will be studied.
T15- Properties and land valuation in the urban planning context.
