In the context of the study course wholesale and retail electronic communication service types, legal acts, and standards that regulate these services are analysed. The study course introduces limited resource assignment and usage principles, classification and definition of the electronic communication markets, and control models for quality of service evaluation. In the context of practical works, the detailed evaluation and use case definition of the norms of the legal action is foreseen.
