Description

I. Lectures

  1. Cam mechanisms. Introduction. Classification.
  2. Cinematic analysis of cam mechanisms.
  3. Synthesis of cam mechanisms. Motion laws of the camshaft mechanism.
  4. Determination of the radius of the cam ring.
  5. Determination of the theoretical and practical profile of the cams.
  6. Intermittent Motion Mechanisms.
  7. Cineto-static mechanisms. Forces and moments that act on the mechanisms.
  8. Determination of inertia forces.
  9. Determination of reactions in kinematic couplings without taking into account the friction forces.
  10. Determination of reactions in kinematic couplings taking into account friction forces.
  11. Balancing the moving masses of rotation.
  12. Static balancing of planar mechanisms.
  13. Movement of mechanisms under the action of given forces. Equations and movement phases of machines.
  14. Irregularities in Machine Movement.

II. Laboratory Works

  1. Experimental study on the synthesis of the cam mechanism and oscillating stick. Raising the space variation chart.
