The lectures contents is focused on the matters concerning the business organizations’ essence and their internal and external environment. The development of the Managing Theory and the classical manager’s ideas integration into contemporary management, the basic managing functions /planning, organizing, controlling and managing/ and the decision making processes and managing communications have been observed.
