Description
The principal aims of this module develop clinical knowledge of surface and topographical human anatomy and physiology To develop understanding of anatomy and physiology as it relates to bioengineering solutions to interdisciplinary specialisations in the biomedical field.

Specialised Body Tissues & Organ Function: Connective tissue, fluid ,structure & physiology of organ function

Neuro musculo skeletal system 1: Structure and function of the neuro musculoskeletal system: appendicular & axial skeleton; static & dynamic posture

Neuro musculoskeletal system 2: Movement & muscle/tendon anatomy & mechanical function; basic human kinematics; neuromuscular control of Human function

Imaging and clinical assessment tools: Body composition; growth & development; connective tissue response to trauma; CT remodelling

Case studies: Clinical case studies ; pathology ; etiology of Injury ; interventions
