  • Introduction to Nanotechnologies;
  • Nanostructured Materials and Their Synthesis;
  • Main Properties of Nanostructured Materials: Graphene, Carbon Nanotubes, Other materials;
  • Electrical Transport at the Nanoscale: Quasi-classical models, Quantum models;
  • Derivation of Equivalent Circuit Models;
  • Electrical Applications: Electrical interconnections, Electromagnetic Shielding, Photovoltaic Panels, Electric Batteries.
  • Overview of Nanotransistors and Nanoantennas;
  • Numerical Simulations of Nanoscale Models;
  • Laboratory Activities:
    • Synthesis and characterization of nanostructured materials;
    • Electrical and electromagnetic characterization of devices with nanomaterials.
