This course introduces students to the most recent technological innovations shaping the future of the food sector. Emphasis is placed on understanding the principles behind each technology and their practical application in industrial environments. Through real-world examples and current trends, students will explore how these technologies contribute to product innovation, resource efficiency, and competitive advantage in the global food market.
