Description

The food sector is undergoing rapid transformation, driven by shifting consumer demands, sustainability imperatives, and technological innovation. This course is designed to prepare students to navigate and lead in this evolving landscape by developing the entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen required to launch and manage food ventures.

Through a blend of theory and hands-on learning—including real-world case studies, expert guest lectures, and collaborative projects—students will learn to identify market opportunities, design innovative business models, and manage the core functions of a food venture, from finance to marketing and operations.
