Course Program
The course aims to provide the methodological principles for the design and construction of industrial plants, analyzing the technical and economic problems as well as the problems related to full operation. At the end of the course the students will know: 
- carry out a feasibility study of an industrial plant; 
- use techniques for planning and controlling the activities of a project; 
- optimize the use of resources that can be used in a production system; 
- choose the optimal lay-out of an industrial plant.
