Consumer Law - Economics and Management of the Made in Italy

Description
The course is divided into two parts. 
The first part aims to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the Consumer Code and the main regulations contained within it. The second part focuses on a detailed comprehension of the discipline of the sale of consumer goods as modified by EU Directive 2019/771. Throughout the course, particular attention will be given to helping students acquire an appropriate legal vocabulary as well as master the relevant regulatory framework. By the end of the course, students are expected to have gained a comprehensive understanding of the relevant legal principles.
