Consumer Law - Banking and Finance

Description
The course is divided into two parts. The first one aims to give students an in-depth knowledge of the consumer code and its standard contracts. The second part offers a very in-depth understanding of the regulation of sales of consumer goods, as modified  by EU Directive n. 771/2019. During the course, particular attention will be paid to the students' acquisition of adequate legal language, as well as mastery of the regulatory framework of reference. At the end of the course, students are expected to have acquired a thorough understanding of the relevant legal institutions.
