- Basic knowledge is presented and expanded upon (land use plan, development plan,building permit procedure)- Opportunities for external influence on construction by municipalities (granting of consent),building control authorities (construction freeze, prohibition of use, demolition) and citizens(neighbour objections and legal action, summary proceedings) are presented- Relevant legal remedies for enforcing or preventing a construction project are developed
