The course aims to examine the concepts and techniques for strategic and operational management of the enterprise in order to compete in an increasingly complex environment. The teaching objectives are:
- to acquire basic knowledge of management principles;
- to understand the tools and models that allow to interpret and critically analyze the challenges and strategic opportunities arising from the development of business activities;
- to develop the ability to critically analyze the reality of companies, through the study of real business situations, and the ability to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired.
