project types and project phases,
- Project structure organization: project team, project manual, project documentation

Integration of project control into the project and company organizations, methods of project
control: structural analysis for work breakdown structures, risk analysis, scheduling and monitoring
(controlling), quality management, cost planning and monitoring, use of IT for project control.
