Description
The course primarily serves to teach the basic legal structures, with supplementary case studies (supplemented by student presentations where appropriate) providing a deeper understanding of how the legal regulations presented are applied.

- EC environmental law
- Fundamentals of planning law
- Private environmental law: liability for environmental damage
