This module introduces the student to theoretical issues of design and enables them to explore and understand design in the context of imagination, creativity, innovation, and problem solving in support of the design process. The aim of this module is to provide the student with the tools and knowledge to discuss issues of theory and innovative and creative thinking and to apply appropriate techniques to enable the application of the theory in the context of design.
