During the course, students learn the empirical tools necessary to analyze data sets from a wide variety of topics in a meaningful way. They then use these tools with the latest statistical software to analyze realistic data sets from a wide range of economic topics, such as digital markets or business surveys. The participants prepare their results in a structured and comprehensible manner in a term paper and present them in a presentation.
