The course introduces the main concepts and communication techniques related to fifth generation communication systems, with particular attention to the following points: 1) Wireless channels and multiple access communications 2) Multi-antenna cellular communications 3) Communication techniques and measurements of performance for fifth generation wireless systems 4) Design of radio resources in fifth generation wireless systems 5) Elements of communication techniques for sixth generation systems.
