Description
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE: The course aims to provide students with theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship in the IT sector, which will help them build entrepreneurial spirit and skills and find application in the creation and implementation of high-tech innovations as future engineers.
DESCRIPTION OF THE COURSE: The main topics concern: Knowledge economy; state policy in the field of innovation; nature and content of innovation management; classification of innovations; innovation process; innovation cycle; open and closed model of innovation; strategic innovation management in small, medium and large organizations; innovation and entrepreneurship; types of entrepreneurs and my role in the innovation economy; innovation structures; management of innovative projects, creation and management of Start-up.
