Study course it is possible to acquire basic knowledge in the theory of automatic control and skills in designing of control systems, choosing control equipment and their use. The study course is intended for the final part of the study, when most of the other engineering-based study courses have been completed, and students already have a relatively wide field of vision in mechanical engineering, electronics and computing, which are necessary to be able to understand and design control systems. The main topics covered in the study course are: the essence and types of management; management system models and their classification; description of the process in different physical systems - mechanical, electrical, thermal, etc.; process management and process analysis in continuous time and frequency areas; Laplace modifications; technical means of electronic control systems.
