Course for daily and external students of Faculty of Transport and Mechanical Engineering of Engineering Technology, Mechanics and Mechanical Engineering programme. Students are introduced to the history and structure of RTU, the study process regulations. Students are introduced to mechanical engineering status and development trends in the country, as well as the engineers' job sector. Students are set out in the basic concepts of computing and engineering methods, manufacturing techniques as well as machine operations.
