AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE: The aim of the course is to provide knowledge about ERP systems and their role in the organization. Comparison between the traditional and modern approach to the development and implementation of an ERP system. Study of business processes and their integration into the most widely used ERP system in medium and large enterprises.
DESCRIPTION OF THE COURSE: Technological architecture of ERP systems; Characteristics of ERP systems; Difference between proprietary and standard software; ERP providers; Operational and master data; Traditional model of ERP system; Modern architecture of ERP system; Business benefits that modern ERP systems provide; Introduction to the ERP system - Case Study 1; Sales Module - Case Study 2; Module Orders and Payment - Case Study 3; Production Module - Case Study 4etc.
