Module OverviewThis module introduces students to the basic concepts of civil engineering hydraulics and water resources engineering. Through the module, the students will gain knowledge of the fundamental principles governing fluid statics and dynamics and apply these theories to practical problems such as hydrostatics, buoyancy and pipe flow.Students demonstrate competence through laboratory work and written examination.
