Module OverviewThe aim of this module if to provide students with the understanding of the origin, classification and hydraulic and mechanical properties of geo-materials. Through a series of lectures, laboratory tests and tutorials the students will be introduce to the engineering properties and behaviour of soils, and its relevance in geotechnical analysis and design.
