Description
The study course gives the theoretical basis of microsociological-process, as well as helps to develop skills of optimizing personal and small group interactions. The study course explores the place of personality in the modern socium, the latest trends of small group structures and dynamics.

Course contents:
1.Small groups and personality sociology subject.
2.Sociological theories of personality, practical use options.
3.Sociological research methodology and techniques of personality. 
4.Personality in present post-modern society.
5.Personality as an agent of social networking system.
6.The practical use of the social role theory. The role of personality and personal status. 
7.Types of small groups, structure and dynamic characteristics. 
8.Interactive processes in small groups. 
9.Social effect of the small group - leadership and power in micro-analysis. 
10.Small group interaction specificity.
11.Successful team forming prerequisites.
12.Empirical research methods of small groups. Sociometry and referentometry.
