Production Engineering

Description
Lecture
-        Importance of modern control technology of machines and systems (NC, CNC, etc.);
-        historical development of production technology;
-        Basic concepts of production engineering;
-        Basic concepts of production economics;
-        Machines, machine systems and their typical components;
-        Possibilities of production processes using the example of selected mass-produced components;
-        Problems of modern production of mass-produced parts; means of production; monitoring of production, quality assurance in production;
-        environment of production in contemporary farms.

Laboratory
-        Eccentric press: Identifying the function, strengths and weaknesses, single stroke/continuous stroke, safety, drive technology.
-        CNC turning: graphic programming and simulation, driven tools, wear detection, process monitoring, quality assurance.
-        Measurement technology: electrical measurement of mechanical quantities, typical measurement errors, calibrating and calibrating
-         Reengineering screw press: Rough determination of performance data, weak point analysis, hazard analysis, machine safety, emergency stop, protective devices such as light grids, etc.
